Privacy Policy

This website, joyandpleasures.com, is run by Jeanette Ernst (“we”, “us”). We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to answer you and to sell paintings.

What we collect

Contact & commission forms: your name, email address, optional phone number and your message.
Newsletter: your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
Purchases: payments are handled securely by our payment provider. We receive your name, shipping address and email to deliver your painting; we never see or store your full card details.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, to process and ship your order, and (if you subscribed) to send occasional news about new paintings. We never sell or rent your information.

Cookies & third parties

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when pages load.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry or order, and as required for tax records. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@joyandpleasures.com.
